Frankonia the Breadhouse started as a small bakery and shop in Wimbledon Village in 1998. Since then it has moved to much bigger premises and grown to become the bakery that supplies London’s and the countries best chefs and most exclusive hotels.

A combination of traditional, authentic methods, highly skilled bakers and the finest ingredients ensure our flavorsome breads to be of the highest quality. We produce a range of slowly fermented sourdoughs, lovingly shaped pretzels, wholesome traditional British Breads, delicious continental varieties, Rye Bread with a very tasty range of breakfast goods and some cakes.

We take the commitment to our customers and their trust in us very seriously, take on board their needs and provide a service that is flexible, supportive and reliable. Our ethos is to care. Care for our craft, customers, our staff and our community and share the joy that our bread gives us.
